Janice: As our chief underwriter at Skruem and Leevum, I feel it is my duty to inform you of a possible big deal in the works. I'm afraid at this particular time I can't delve into the details, but this might cause a few complications regarding our IPO.

I'm working hard to get you and your firm involved, but you have to understand that with 5 very large public firms involved that there has to be some give and take from all participants.

Just a heads up ... I'm sure you know the importance of keeping this kind of thing under wraps.
