There are warming and cooling trends, but they are influenced or caused by solar activity. That I believe is the most accurate model to date. I think the GW debate is about as valuable as the foolish Y2K scare that cost a fortune for no good reason. I was actually hoping for more warming, but I don't think we will see that for a while. I do believe in renewable energy because it is foolish to burn oil, coal or NG when wind power can be supplemented for quite a bit. Damns, thermal....many options. Why let oil control the world economy or a household budget?
