Taking Aim At 52 Week High - $19 3/8

Hello,

I jumped on this stock and intend to buy more before it passes the 52 week high mark of $19 3/8. The Insider Trader has set a $20.00 target by year end and another analyst believes that PHMX could hit $24 in twelve months. The 25 p/e pales in comparison to the industry, earnings are growing dramatically and diversification of services appears to be working very well.
