Congrats on DNX. Maybe if we stay the course on EWK a buyout will happen there too.

EWK has already drilled water monitoring wells, so that could be considered as the construction startup.

From what I know California tends to get spring rains and once those are out of the way construction should get going in earnest.

There is not going to be a problem building this, they have been very thorough and the major problems have been overcome. They have a very strong partner and the landfill industry is a good one to be in at this time as other industries head into recession. If there were any concerns then North Bay would not be as involved as they are and they would not be spending loads of money.

The plan is to be open for business in October. However, most large projects take longer to get to completion than anticipated. Even if that happened here it would not matter, as long as the construction is moving along the interest will build and build.

Anyone who is in already, or getting in at these levels, should become very happy over the next few months and more.

I cannot see things staying quiet much longer as it is all coming together.
