Well all,
Got my proxy cards in the mail today: it's official - they want to go to 240,000,000 shares. That's almost a share for every man woman and child in the US! Seems like just yesterday I voted for the increase to 120,000,000. I think they used it up before the ink was dry!
Haven't decided how to vote all the shares I no longer hold... there's a wicked side to me that says to vote no - just to be spiteful (What are you gonna do, Bipin - you must've been a holder as of the record date). After all, none of my Syjet utilities work, and they still don't have any for NT. If they undermine (obsolete) my three month old Syjet with a Sparq like device, they can kiss this long time Syquest booster bye-bye. (And I'm sure I'm not the only one).
