And that was because the FBI was being pulled off of investigating terrorism and was focusing on tracking agents of "rogue nations".

You've seen i-node try to spin this. In his world, no one cared about terrorism until 9/11. I suppose that is because we weren't invading countries with, at best, tenuous connections to terrorism. While, as always, ignoring countries with strong ties like Saudi Arabia. Like we are now.

So to him, we were surprised to find that when we did take our eye off of the terrorists in the country, they managed to get in some attacks. Who could have known?

And it was all Clinton's fault because he didn't make it clear to Bushco that terrorism was a real problem as opposed to something he made up to distract from Monica...
