I bought my first home in Toronto in 87-88, cannot remember.. a measly 97K... second home for 219K... now valued maybe 475-500K.. Looks like it will come off though... things slowing down here now in earnest... how long, how deep... no idea.. but about a 20 year span (first home purchase to present)..
