well that second one was a townhouse. All townhouses are getting clipped a little. I guess MP is not in Santa Clara county then? The mercury news just published their median prices and its the same old story, the top zipcodes are up and everybody else down. My area up. mercurynews.com I don't know Menlo Park but this house looks like a steal. I guess the lot is too small? redfin.com
