Feraldo, I commend you on your loyalty to IFCI. When I started this thread and recommended IFCI, I advised that the one setback would be the offshore shareholders having free access to dispose of there shares at any time. I felt that we would probably be safe up to five dollars a share and that has held true up to this point in time. Can upward buying pressure hold the shareprice once you start seeing 250,000 shares hit the market at one time? I personally doubt it. And remember, this is only 1/16 of the shares held, if my memory serves me correctly. These shares are not adding to the total shares out, they are part of it. I like the company or I would not have recommended it. They do have some rough spots ahead until such time as these shares are absorbed into the market. I am not a buyer at any point in the near future.
