Quebecois/quebecoises can now add Montreal's Cognicase to the list. They just IPO'ed less than two weeks ago. They have a very respected tool to provide automated assistance in the conversion of dates etc. Used by SHL Systemhouse (who own as good chunk of their shares) and DMR among respected Y2K consulting companies (there may be others). SI thread at exchange2000.com Cognicase trades on the TSE as "COG" and on Nasdaq OTC-BB as "COGIF"
