Well they call it "fresh" but its a lie. It is frozen and thawed. Why do I want that? I tell them to get it out of the freezer for me. It is frozen and vacuum sealed that way. It will last a long time frozen and vacuum sealed. But it is pacific wild king salmon (or claimed to be) and it has a different color than the atlantic salmon sitting next to it. What I have not seen at a decent price or decent quality is halibut. Halibut is my favorite but it is damn expensive. Mish
