Perhaps you thought that temps would increase monotonically if AGW were true?

Perhaps I thought that the climate models should have modelled the current period of non-warming, if they were as accurate as described. After all, they had to handle the period of global cooling from 1940 to 1970.

Of course, that cooling was in the past, which made it easier to 'predict'.

Like Yogi Berra said, it's really hard to make predictions, especially about the future.
