Mike , the difference between Price to sales and price to earnings shows how GROSS Intel's margins are . That now seems to be changing , as one brokerage put it "Intel in its hurry to get its gun out to shoot AMD , shot itself in the foot " . The intel investors are just now feeling the effects of that shot . Obviously those Gross Intel margins will move closer to the average in the quarters ahead . Just think , if Intel's P/S got close to IBM's then the stock could go down by a factor of 5 or 6 , regards , Brian
