All is well, no worry. It's just a plain vanilla currency
crisis. Da Fed will save us from what they got us into
in the first place. It's all like S&L, LTCM, and such. Bear
bailout will work. -g- Da Fed is terrified cause chit would
have hit da fan in the way described below if they did not
intervene with Bear. We must not worry, cause they
will always be there. Or will they? 50% of their account
already drained. They can always print. Woo hoo! Dat will
REALLY help in a currency crisis situation... <GGG>
A 9% dollar drop in 1 month must be da bottom. Gotta rally
now. <g> Or is it KA-bloom thing? To 50? Nah. Can't possibly
happen in the USA. This is Argentina 2001 stuff... It's really
comforting to know that a failure of one firm (Bear) could
bring down the system through counterparty agreements as a domino effect, cause Bear just happens to have 13.4 Trillion
notional in derivatives. <g>

When chit hits da fan,

currency crisis definition:

currency of a country, accompanied by an inability to get any
or all of one's money out of any bank or financial
