My understanding is wild salmon from Washington State is going to be almost non-existent. Salmon runs are so low as to keep commercial catches out. <edit> I had not read the link about the salmon season when I put this up>

I will not eat fish-farmed salmon. Tastes like mush and I dislike the dies they use to make it look pink (red is impossible). I will not even think about the nasty stuff they call "shrimp" coming from Taiwan, etc. Little translucent pale things swimming in their "fecal" bath.

Your prices for salmon are similar to what I pay in Florida. I can't believe that shipping does not make a bigger difference in the price. MP
