NGD.t Over the last few years I posted a few times on NGD and how it relates to AME.v. My theory was always that NGD would take AME over so this merger this week of NGD/MR/PIK was a total surprise to me.
NGD.WT.A Like you I have been trading the WT. but no sense of rush to hold.AME I held expecting the takeover that has not come.(yet) But AME really jumped on the news and has more to come yet.I imagine down the road after the NGD/MR/PIK merger is finalized that AME should come into play. That was background ...now as of the day of the merger announcement I have been back buying NGD.WT.A thankful that the market has not revalued them yet.$1.75 is a steal and evan got some at $1.51. Fully agree with you that this is a great idea.Evan if someone tries to trump the bid to get MR there is very little downside. If the merger goes thru we could have a power house.
Also let us not under rate this guy Schulich who is getting himself involved...
