Peter, that's not exactly true. Uncle has been arguing for a re-instatement of the draft for a few years. I have too much respect for him to argue the point any longer. The simple fact is we're winning this war with an all-volunteer force. It's working. There were probably less murders in Iraq last year than California. If the measure of success is utopia there will always be those who say we're losing or it's un-winnable.
