A good point. But, as i-node keeps demonstrating, he doesn't have the slightest clue what scale can do to a particular problem. But here is a guy arguing that anything less than evacuating 100% of the population of a major city in a matter of hours is the only solution.

Conveniently ignoring the fact it has never been done. Not even close.
