We knew the spin off was coming.....I wonder how much influence the recent Citron article and precipitous drop in share price accelerated the process? I'm glad to see it happening as I can hopefully realize a nice gain and get out running! My feeling is that money making firms like STP, TSL, YGE are much safer ways to play solars.....their performance the last couple weeks relative to EMKR points towards this.
