Yes it has gone through the roof. Two years ago it was still selling for what it sold for 100 years ago. Kind of a reverse bubble that popped. Prices on grain are demand driven and set by consumers and not producers. Demand is up and weather problems have caused a slump in supply. Farmers buy ay retail and sell at wholesale, you know of another business that works that way?

All in all you should be happy. Because of higher grain prices I won't get a cent of your tax dollars.
