BRESEA RESOURCES LTD. CALGARY, Oct. 14 /CNW/ - BRESEA Resources Ltd., (''Bresea'') announced today that Price Waterhouse Limited (''the Monitor''), in its capacity as monitor of Bresea has filed its third report dated October 14 to the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench in the Judicial District of Calgary in Action No. 9701-06707. The purpose of this report is to summarize the current financial position of the company as well as the actions taken by Bresea, since the Monitor's last report dated September 11, 1997. Copies of the report are also being forwarded to the various security commissions where the Corporation is a reporting issuer. On Behalf of the Board David G.
