Reseller, the "zip readable material" must conform to the programs controlling what and how data is read upon the disk. The programs that control what and how data is read are IOM patent controlled. Zip mechanics were designed to read data via one program patented by IOM. How will they be able to get around this program? This is only one of the problems they are facing regarding patents.
