According to a rule of thump a 300mm FAB gives a cost reduction of about 30% compared to a 200mm FAB. How can one take into account the utilization of only 2000-3000 WSPW in SP1?

I would expect if you run just one wafer you still need the whole toolset. So I think there is still a long way to go until the 30% cost reduction is reached.

So SPSN relies on the adoption of its 65nm MirrorBit Eclipse solution to get SP1 fully utilized. I hope they are more lucky than Intel with its 90nm PCM parts...
