This thread has been awfully quiet after AIT's recent announcement
of a Private Placement of Warrants.

I thought that I might see some activity.

Sometimes the issue of Warrants can result in a share price increase,
as the company is now assured of financing for the timeframe of the
warrants.

Also, some companies "time" the press release associated with the warrants with some other GOOD NEWs that is about to come-out.

And then again, sometimes the company has no good news other than
the warrant, but enough time has gone by that they are pretty much
legally obligated to post the news.

And sometimes the warrant timing is associated with a debit
that is due to be paid.

Since I am definitely NOT an expert on this, is there any speculation
as to which category the timing of AIT's Warrant issue PRESS RELEASE
fits into?
