Even more deviously . . . Maybe that's why Fowler released some good news, to cushion what's coming and can't be explained under SEC rules. Maybe he is unwilling to stockpile more TP-600s than he may have already so he actually meets Kessler's number. Lets look at inventory figures when this quarter's results are released.
