Started a position in Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN). Company is selling below BV according to Yahoo. Insiders have been buying at current prices and the dividend appears solid at 9.9% at least for the foreseeable future.

My strategy is to build up a basket of REIT companies at or below BV that generate good dividend income. Money is coming form low yielding treasury and GNMA bonds to finance the purchase.

The two companies I have identified so far that meet this criteria are HRP and BDN. Both companies are near their multi year lows and have significantly underperformed the S&P 500.

I have purchased half of the position now and have written naked Puts four months out to obtain the other half.

Can you suggest any other candidates that I might want to look at?

P.S. NRF was on my list but it is selling at 1.5x book value.
