Just a note of caution. When stocks make their highs early in the day and then decline into the close, I usually take notice. This pattern is one where there are still plenty of sellers, possibly/probably more sellers then buyers. I find the early highs followed by price deterioration for the rest of the day is common when there is a bear raid/short attack. The implication is that they haven't left yet.

The overall price action the last 4 days is encouraging but today's pattern raises some concern to this observer.
