You will find this information in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders - 4/9/97 when you get your investor's packet.
"As of 1/1/97 all directors and executive officers of the Company as a group(15 persons) owned beneficially 7,749,500 shares of Common Stock (not including 492,800 option shares not yet vested held by such persons)."
In addition, one Shareholder, Dito Devcar Corporation, et al, owned 5,086,500 share or 24.6% of the outstanding, which is sufficient to take that amount out of the public float.
Another shareholder owned 1.3MM or 6.5%, but I believe you would count that in the float as it is less than 10%.
I think you will find a lot of other good info in the investor's packet as well.
