Ok...One thing seems obvious, my suggestions seem to be going over like a lead balloon, so I sure appreciate your input. I wonder if you would agree that the portfolio you have in mind would require a more critical approval system than "three recco's and you're in " ? On the other hand, the system we have has got us a start, and perhaps if we weed out what we don't want (volatility on the downside) we just might end up with the type of PF you describe. I'm all in favour. Right now it seems pretty hard to get those three votes required for weeding. Maybe that's where we need "a bit of help from our friends". Or do you think we should have a three-member selection committee to replace the three recco system ?
