Now, are you making the claim that the 9/11 Commission report documents no case where Clinton authorized any action against al Qaeda? Because if you are, you are lying. Either about reading the book or what you read.

Or are you going to take Tench's stance that nothing he did was "significant"? Given that he doesn't feel 75 Tomahawks to be significant, I am guessing in his case that nothing less than a full scale nuclear strike is significant...

And, even if you take that stance, that still doesn't get around the fact you are claiming nothing was done.
