That is true. However, what do you call it when all of the evidence that there weren't WMDs and only the evidence for was filtered out for consideration? As we know now, most of the evidence for was from such upstanding sources as Curveball. The preponderance of the evidence was that the WMDs were gone.

If that isn't a lie, and it might not be. then it is something much more pathological. Somehow I think being labeled a liar is a lot kinder than being label a sociopath.
