WTH is a 144 MA? Is it something you use regularly, or it is just tuned to this particular price action? Honestly, I can find an MA that fits nearly any price action. This sort of "fitting" of MAs is a well-known pitfall in technical trading.

Bottom line:
Is gold a buy here for, say, two weeks from now?

Is gold a buy here for, say, two months from now?

I say no to both based on TA and Elliott and sentiment. What are your answers and why?

ps: Where is the cup and handle? C&H looks sorta like this -- with a rounded bottom and a sharp down move (the handle):
