QoE is download accelerator on multichannels such as edgeQam. It provide faultless transmission of packets ahead of usage and can do error correction. More importantly, QoE can do zooming of mpeg4/h.264(etc) by transmission of thumbnail which can zoom back to giant screens. Zooming digitally has been done on camcorders with very impressive results. The idea is to have quality of video service with massive parallel video processing, and data compression of video frame zooming to size. Symm has Nokia as a partner, and can start from cellphones and work with data to display on home theaters. thumbnails to 8,000x4,000 pixel resolution?
