Mq, coded instruction is what TJ and I are gussing everyday about what the next move will be from the most powerful at the top. I am not against any people doing their nice work, but sometimes .. what they want is not what you want. And it may well be un-Constitution and different from the intention of the Founding Father to establish US. The original American Europeans escaped from the powerful bankers in Europe in order to found a new country. Now few hundreds years later, the corrupt powerful bankers are doing the same damn thing on the taxpayers. There has been conspiracy on-going and few of us know about it.
