After bringing that up on SUNW thread, I have been doing a little research on this one. Seems to be in the right industry especially with the new computing model Sun is pushing. And also if you look at Motorola, and chip makers like LSI, and TXN they see a tremendous growth in the wireless sector of their business and in fact is the fastest growing area of their business, so one can safely conclude the sector of the technology TLXN participates will enjoy a healthy growth.
From the valuation point of view, the first thing I look at is price to sales ratio and TLXN's P/S is below 1, which indicates it is undervalued. The problem I have is I dont seem to be able to find an anticipated P/E for the company due to their lack of earnings! But overall it seems this company is in a turn around mode for a big rise in 98. I, however, never have felt comfortable buying the stock when it is at its absolute 52 week high!! Maybe if it comes down by about 10% I feel much comfortable for an entry point, and if it continues to go up, oh well... A stock is like a bus, if you miss one, there is always another one you can catch!
