It sounds like Sears/K-Mart, with the store being described a K-Mart.

No surprise there. Sears Holdings is just a slow liquidation disquised as a corporation. It's the world's slowest going out of business sale.

You cannot draw general conclusions on the performance of the economy based upon what's going on at K-Mart/Sears. These stores are dead retailers walking.

If you went to the Target or Walmart stores around the corner or these stores you'd find a busy, bustling retail environment.

Oh, and Sears Holdings is no longer a top 3 retailer with their annual sales drops of 10%-15%.
