The other reason for the drop in CPQ could be that a couple of stocks that have run up to new highs lately(GM and TI) beat expectations today, yet they actually dropped in price. I would not sell CPQ, it may drop a little EARLY because of INTC earnings, but look for Compaq to move up at the end of the day. They are not only going to beat numbers, they are going to blow them out of the gym.....CPQ's business is devirsified enough that sub pc sector will not have the negative impact that some people believe. They should also have a good outlook for next quarter, which is typically their best.

Good Investing
