Pancho, I have done my homework and I have re-read your posts, and I think it is very rash to call IPIC a "no-brainer short"......esp. as you state you mainly short when a stock doesn't respond to news the way you think it should..........maybe there are reasons why?

I disagree with many of your messages........... Replies #716 and 735 contain very innacurate or ill-concieved valuations of Redux and citicoline as they apply to IPIC......Reply #735 also contains your "endorsement" of the Barron's article, while reply #799 contained your full agreement with reply #796 by Cacaito ("Cacaito, I am breaking my silence to tell you that I fully agree with your views.").

If you are basing your shorting of IPIC on the above, then maybe it is very accurate to call IPIC a "no-brainer short".......but I find Jack Ryan's buying of puts a more prudent approach for current bears in IPIC............

By the way, do you have a timeframe on how long you may hold your short position......are you holding for a specific price target?
