We saw a full-page advertisement on last month’s Capacity Magazine, inviting international carriers to use XO to reach domestic enterprises. Here is another full-page ad appearing in the hardcopy of the latest issue (April 7, 2008) of Network World: xo.com When was the last time we saw XO spending money on advertising?
