You are on a one man crusade but keep it up. With the down tic rule being deleted naked short selling could be the next scandal to threaten the whole financial system. Doing away with the down tic rule is an open invitation for abuse.It was a very definite contributing factor in the 1929 crash and the subsequent depression. Gregor
