Actually I think it was the reverse. Vinik bought stock one year ago causing a run-up, then sold in a noisy fashion, and cratered it. The only 13D is by FMR who got there via the acquisition of speedsim (?sp). And they're not likely to sell that soon because QKTN got hosed on that deal and FMR winds up with lots of cheap stock.

My sense is that QKTN remains over-priced historically. The recent acquisitions cover up the fact that their core business is stalled.
PSR is high.
