Hi Jurgis - Sold out of my small position in EWZ. I did not like that the index pays their dividend once per year in December. I have done much better picking individual Brazilian stocks (PBR, RIO, VCP ARA ELP) and would like to focus on this strategy rather than using the index. The EWZ index is quite volatile and I was able to net a 7.5% gain for the three months I owned it. finance.yahoo.com I like to hold a position for 2-3 years and study the individual company's performance during this time. However I probably would not buy the EWZ index again unless it provided me an immediate hedge to my portfolio or I was trying to capture the small dividend in December. EKS
