Rich, with N. America being built up maybe thats why the over sea deal seemed so important. 99 is to far away and alot can happen till then. I will be a happy buyier in the low 40's because of the same reasons (outside bollinger band, reassurance of the Q) + it will have made or is going to make a double bottom. With INTC earnings, we might be seeing a buy 2 and get 1 free sale on SPCT. Just remember, SPCT 52 week low is 7 3/4 (it could be a long fall).
