Dito Devcar now owns 4,736,500 shares. They sold 350,000 shares between July and September of this year. There is also a 144 filed on Oct 2,1997 for who and how many shares I don't have access to that is not taken into consideration.
If you subtract the approximate amount of insider selling(500,000)from the shares you say they have it leaves approximately 7.3 million that insiders own. If you add the shares for the other company(I believe 1.9 million) and Dito Devcar's shares of 4,736,500. Would I be correct in assuming that the float should be approximately 8.8 million?
If you were to subtract the 1.3 million from the other shareholder it would equal approximately 7.5 million in float.
All I ask is that you guys be gentle when you correct me.
