I agree with you, I believe the price to be exhorbitant. Especially given the fact that value plays dont tend to disappear overnight. Im surprised no one here is commenting about the wm deal and dillution for existing investors. I dont own it but to me its yet another reason to stay away from financials and the dropping of more heavy shoes that can squish ones portfolio.
Its remarkable to me that regulators have premitted entities which time and time again have demonstrated their inability to correctly monitor and assess risk to be so leveraged. As an investor/speculator it seems foolhardy to invest in such mismanaged entities and I wonder about the quality of analysts and funds that for years have had such heavy positions in such entities that they misunderstood.
