The Treaty of Waitangi was a specifically non-racist deal in which Maoris become British subjects too, meaning fully British like everyone else. In a serf-like way of course, same as the rest of the British, but nevertheless, non-racist. Though Maoris specifically kept their property.
You are putting your own racist values on other people. CDMA is for everyone, there's no racism in CDMA; heck, even women are allowed to use it, that's how universal CDMA is.
