It's a "big boy" scam. Call up your broker and tell them your money is coming in. Do you think you'll get a break? But if you do a few million bucks in commissions, then locating shares aren't such a big thing, particularly when you know the regulators aren't looking too closely at what you do, so long as the market doesn't collapse.
