Democratic candidates are very wrong on trade. As long as Washington fails to address the domestic downside of global trade, that is only going to get worse. More Dem candidates opposing trade deals. And I would not be the least bit surprised if the more populist segments of the Rep party do so as well. Until something is done about this, trade deals will have a difficult time in Congress. And increasingly so.
