Jaxon, Have not had a lot of experience with commercial micro brews. Am primarily a fan of stuff that comes from an older brother's Cape Cod basement. Had a really great brew in the Netherlands last year called ummmmmm... actually, can't remember how it was spelled, but pronounced "Hoe-gardener" (more or less). Had spent the day walking in the countryside outside of Rosendaal and after about a ten-mile trek, found myself thirsting at a local watering hole. Went with my gut and picked a really good one. If only my stock picks were as good <VBG>. -R BTW, don't even know what Sheep Dip is, if anyone could enlighten...
