If someone who grosses 200,001 under obamas donut plan and he live in CA, he will pay the following on the last dollar.

fed tax 39,6
CA state 9.0

Medicare 1.2
Fica 7%

If self employed matching fica & medicare 8.2%

Total on last dollar either 57% or %65 depending on whether self employed. and that doesnt take into account increases on cap gains from 15-25 and an end to dividend exclusion against double taxation. You understand, you just dont wanna understand.
